Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
In the event the Appeal is not disposed by NCDRC even after 18 months of filing against mandatory period of 90 days AND there is enough material available on record which proves flawed exercise of Jurisdiction as well as partisan attitude of Court, can one approach Supreme Court by way of filing SLP/Writ in India ? - Shall be pleased to pay 'fee' - with regards-pcjain

Dear Mr. Jain,
You will have to show the documents which prove that there is improper exercise of Jurisdiction, then SC can be approached.
