Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
What is failing transaction in banks? The bank debited an amount in the a/c of a customer stating that he withdrew the amount through atm about 3 moths back, He did not withdraw the amount. The bank said that the withdrawal has been recorded in the machine. Curiously no deduction was done on the particular day. Deduction was after 3 months in his a/c. Please enlighten me with decided cases
