Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Our father was owner of a flat in a co-op society in Mumbai (Maharashtra). He had also registered my brother and me as nominees. Recently he passed away, without any will. Can we become joint owners and the flat be transferred in our joint names? what is the form to be filled for joint ownership?
