Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I want to file grievience against tees hazari court in supreme court of india if possible but i dont have a money to fight this case so if goverement provide ma lawyer for supreme court of india or can i hire private lawyer on the basis of commision which i getting clain after justice the matter was: as i was suffered in a blue line bus accident in year 1997 the date was 4 janauary 1997 this case was registered under tees hazari court delhi.but after so many years left this case was not be completing or i am still wating for my compensation and the responsible person in this case that
this is a case of corruption held in district court
SIR ONE OF GOVEREMENT LAWYER WAS TAKEN OUR CASE PAPERS AND MISPLACED THAT TIME SO CURRENTLY WE DONT HAVE ANY CASE NUMBER AND DETAILS OF CASE
IAM ALSO FILLED RTI IN THIS REGARD TO TEES HAZARI COURT BUT THEY REJECTED MY RTI APPLICATION
I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ASSIST WHAT WE DO AND HOW TO FIGHT AGAINST THIS KIND OF CORRUPTION AND HOW WE GET CLAIM

take the advice from legal aid of your place or you can directely inform this matter to the chief justice of india
earlier also - this question had been on the board. One way could be to inspect the court record in person. You may look into the register of that particular court, if you know the name of the court.
