Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
How soon should be a FIR filed, is there any time limit? And does this time limit differ from case to case like Civil criminal etc...

FIR should be filed at early at possible. If there is a delay in FIR then there should be proper justification of delay.

FIR itself means first information report and it has to be filed at the earliest. There is nothing like FIR in civil or other cases.
