My Full Name published in Local News papers without my knowlege that I am in JAIL without knowing actual details. due to which I have been frustrated, Can you please advice me on this what to do and how to proceed on it...... its urgent............

You should file case of Defamation against the newspaper and the publisher and you will get hefty amount as compensation of reputation.
