good after sales service of yamaha

Due to continious engine noise (zee zee)in my bike.service guy misbehave,service guy mischief and low top speed(130)I was thinking for file a case in consumer court.But after some efforts without filing a case in consumer court My bike,s all problems rectified.Now my bike is giving good miledge,no engine noice and top speed toches again 141.Other service guys and manager,s communication skill is very nice other service guys saying that When you was in trouble for engine noice etc. you was filing a case in consumer court and Now you are happy then give a latter of appericate for us in service station.I said to him I am getting late I give you later.If I give a latter of apperiate in service centre.Is it harmful for me for fiture disputes from company?

Give them the letter of appriciation, but do mention regarding the past troubles you had.
