Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
What would happen to the management committee if the Chairman of a Housing Society resigns? Would it mean dissolution of the committee, or would the other office bearers still be in office, and only a new chairman needs to be elected?

the committee is not dissolved unless otherwise mentioned in your bye laws. you can select a new chairman by calling extra ordinary general meeting.
