Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hi,
One firm give me a cheque for my payment but when I depost it to my account I got a SMS that the cheue is not cleared due to Stop Payment from the dealer, this is fraud. How I can complain against it.
Please help me, payment is due currently and dealer is cheeting me.

you can file a complaint under negotiable instruments act.

You have to file a complaint case under negotiable instruments act. But before that you also have to send a Legal Notice through your Lawyer.
