Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hi,
We own our house in Tumkur , Karnataka. But we have given it for rent from past few years, Tenant was supposed to leave 8 months back, We were continuously sending him notice to leave , but he refused to reply to that and today he when we called him to inquire, he refuses to leave the house. What should be our next step.
