Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I took a home loan from ICIC bank. Now both intrest rate and Tenure is going up again and again for last many years without my consent and prior knowledge. While the foating rate they are advertising in the market is 8.5% they are not making the rates applicble for old loans which has been kept up at a higher rate to their advantage.
now i want to take legal action aganist the bank. What all options are available to me?
