Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
My housing society has imposed a fine of Rs.5000/month for the delay in submitting the registered copy of the LL agrement (live license). It took me a year to get it registered as my land lord was not available in india. Do i have to pay Rs.60,000/= to the society?
