Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i was taken icici bank comercial loan loan in dec-2007. bank not give me statement.now he give me loan statement after3 years. when i cross check i found that my 7 emi of Rs.16280/- eaten by icici bank ,because in 2007-08 ,my 7 cheques was passed (cleared)in bank of maharashtra as per schedule.afterthat ICICI-BANK shows overdues & cheque bounce charges on that perticular amount.My commercial vehical papers RC-TC Books was lossed & necessary police fir reported. then i demanded ICICI-Bank for douplicate RC-TC Book. so bank regrated my demand of NOC FOR RTO Offfice.
i have not MY commercial vehical document , so how can i earn & re-paid my loan.
please give guidence

don't come to the us please go to motor vehicles for the same if your problem has not been solved there then go to local advocate.
