Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

impleading

there is a case before consumer court in kerala.my friend has given the petition .he got an interior order inhis favour. i have the same complaint that of my friend . can i apply for impleading me also in the case so as to get the benefit of that order?

In consumer court your case will be seprately fought but you can refer your friends case and get the same order.
