i am from india in 2002 my wife had put an dowry case on me which was publishe in the news papers ok i won the case in 2003 and i got divorced now in 2010 i had a contract from a copmany from turkey a big contract but suddely they send me a email saying that they read my case which happend in 2002 on the intenet and they are now not intrested as they are scared i will loose a lot of monet can i sue googel and yahoo coz its on their search engine 2002 the case was there and its 2010 still its there on the internet do i hve a chance to sue them.for my lossses

no, you can't.
No action may be maintainable against the web protals for carrying out news of events that had happened to your knowledge.
you may sue the service providers for showing the contents that they ought not to show due to the reason of matter being sub judice. however, you need to prove that the act on their part was malafide and despite your reminders, they negligently omitted to remove the defamatory content.
