Insolvency & Protection against debtors

Iam passing thru a terrible financial crunch. What is the procedure to get a court order for some time to stop payeent to the debtors and also is there any way I can declare myself insolvent

It is not easy task ,for any debt to the third party or any institution you have to personally apprise and make them

believe through evidence that you are passing hard days,allowing any time is their discretion.

As regards insolvency you should make believe to the

court that you have no resource available from any side

except your minimum earnings for livelihood and for

this you should consult a local lawyer.
