Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have a land in Bangalore which I bought it 6 Yrs back & planning to start house construction soon. But the problem is one of the relatives of earlier land owner had created a gift deed on my site two months back and restraining us from construction the house on the land. What should I do now ?

only t owner can transfer t property and if any fraud commited u can file complaint and u can also file civil suit

relative of owner has no right to gift owner's property.
