Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
law regarding cable charges
When I pay monthly charges for cable, is it mandatory that i should get a receipt with details of channels i am being charged? Secondly if some paid channels are suddenly not displaying can i ask them to cut the charges in monthly bills. If you can tell me the laws related to this it will be helpful

If you may bring your case within the meaning of "deficiency of service", appropriate action may be maintainable against the cable provider.
