Any forcible consent is no consent, immediately report with respective police station,on proper
representation police may take action, further you may take both civil& criminal proceeding
also register your written complain with the company itself immediately to make a plea.
Delay will be presumed you consented with free will.
You may file a civil suit in the local courts to claim damages for breach of contract, if any.
It is not a consumer matter. It is a matter rgarding employment laws. You may take both civil and criminal action simultaneously. No one can force for resignation. It is your fundamental right. Employer may sack you if you do not resign your own. Do not delay the matter and take early action. Delay may go against you.
