Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i am living on rent house from last two-three year without any rent agreement paper.
now my landlord want that i can go anywhere .and i need 3-4 month so that i can move any where.i am pinched by landlord always. what should i do

You may refuse to left the house or you may file the case that you are paying rent regularly but now landlord is forcing you to vacate the house.
Law is once you get the rented accomodation then he cannot vacate you unless you did not pay rent or sublet or some other grounds and that too through court order.
Even if he proves then these are civil cases and take long time and hence it will pass 5-6 years to get this order.
