maintainance due
hello
i have not paid maintanince from last 15 years. as per my soicety they are charging 21% + compound interest, can any one suggest that can co-operative society can charge compound interest, today my totally go around 4 lakh, per month i have to pay 6000 interest, but my maintainence is only 400.

A resolution passed by the society may be challenged before the authorities under the Cooperative Societies Act.
