Maintenance Charges
Can a housing society charge same maintenance charges for an apartment and a private terrace which is part of the apartment with a seperate sale deed.

It would depend on the rules of the Society. Ask for the rules from the management.

The society may levy charges as per its bye-laws and the decisions taken in AGM / MC meetings.
