Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
My maternal aunt was my guardian since i lost my parents at an early age and now that she has passed away i am her only heir since she was not married and her parents my grand parents passed away in 1964 and 1980 and she has no other siblings except my mother who passed away before her i am her nomiinee in all matters but for a consumer case filed jointly by both of us they want proof of me being her direct heir how do you i prove it please guide me
