Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have taken medi claim policy for my son 14years old he had myo clonic epilepsy of a mild nature but reoccured after 9 years at the time of making policy during 2006 the illeness was not declared since already 8 years had passed in the policy.i am i eligible for the claim for 2 nd time reoccurence pl answer
