Miscellaneous Affidavit

I, Sri ______, aged 40 years son of , a resident of ______ do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

That I am the complainant in the above case, thoroughly conversant with the facts and circumstances of the present case and am competent to swear this affidavit.

I beg to state that due to personal reasons, I could not make myself present for the hearing.

I beg and pray before the forum to reopen my consumer case.

I beg and pray before the forum to condone the delay.

though there is no question framed, but if you intend to restore your consumer case, please attach an application also along with the affidavit and explain the circumstances (personal reasons is not enough) for not being present for the hearing. Please note that the reason must be sufficient to explain absence.
