Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
namastey sir,
i am in business.and most of the client make order on credit and i supply goods on credit..now one of my client deny to payment...now what is the remedy.
and i also want to know that in future what should i do to prevent this situation..should i hv to make any contract note ? i dnt know anything so kindly guide me..if any creditor ditch me.

you can file a suit for recovery and for future, you may enter a contract. read more on indian laws on my website www.karvai.in.
