Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
My neighbour keeps his dustbin infront of my entrance door and when objected says that it is a common area can I take any legal action against him

your neighbour cannot keep the dustbin in front of your door but he can keep the same in front of his own door. the dustbin should not be kept in a way that you have difficult opening your own door otherwise the same can be kept in the open area. in case the dustbin emanate foul smell, you may contact the authority for the same.
