Non receipt of Fixed Deposit from NBFC company

I had invested some money in fixed deposit,matured in 1997 in Krest Finlease Ltd (NBFC Company) and which is under liquidation or liquidated. How and will I be able to get back the money now

You can make a claim to the Official liquidator appointed by the High Court. Its a very long drawn process adn will consume time.

You can also start criminal proceedings against the company and its directors if you have good, strong reasons to suspect foul, manipulation and fraud.
