IF owner of the house does not repay the lease amount abide to the agreement on the date what are the actions / terms to deal with owner

you can file a suit for recovery against the land lord.

In case an any amount is to be recovered from the landlord/owner as per the lease agreement then a civil suit for recovery of the said amount can be filed against him.
