Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I didn't pay for a credit card for the six months. I ask for sattelment that time my amount was 33000/- and now they are saying me to pay 39,000 in three month, I had paid 6000 and two months are left, but now they are saying me to cleared the amount now, and after argument they told me that they will send a fraud notice to passport office and they will canceled my passport and they will make it sure that i will not able to go abroad in my life time, please suggest me to get rid off the issue. and what to do

Try to settle the matter amicably. Litigation will be too expensive and time consuming.
