DO I need to pay more than my credit limit to a mobile servie provider?
my credit limit/bill shield is Rs 2000 Do I need to pay more if they generate a bill of Rs.4200

Dear Sir / Madam,
Answer 1 : No
Answer 2 : If your mobile usage bill is Rs. 4,200/- you have two options to settle it :
Option 1 : Pay cash Rs. 4,200/- in the tilling machine provided by the service operator or;
Option 2 : Use your debit card to pay Rs. 2,000/- and pay the balance of Rs. 2,200/- in cash on or prior to the due date.
