what is perpetual lease . can i buy a new apartment or dwelling unit from a builder who is selling houses / apartments in SEZ which he claims to be on perpetual lease . will land be registered in my name? will i be able to sell the property independently in future?

the portion of land that you buying, would be leased out to you by the authority and you may have to pay the lease rent for that particular property.
