Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I had taken a personal loan from a bank and have cleared the whole amount but during the period of loan I had a few cheques bounced but paid it in cash to the bank later. Now all my EMIs are cleared. But after sometime I get a call from the bank to collect the NOC, but only after paying the cheque bounce charges. What will happen if I do not happen to pay the cheque bounce charges even after I have cleared the loan. Will I face problem with the court.

If the total amount on account of cheque bounce is not huge, you better pay and get NOC.
