Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Since we plan to buy an industrial gala from an investor and not from the promoter directly. In the letter of allotment of the investor given by the promoter, it is mentioned that the investor needs to acquire N.O.C .from the promoter before selling or while selling the industrial gala. But this investor is not ready to acquire any search N.O.C. nor does he wants to inform the builder of this transaction or sale.Also his agreement of sale with promoter clearly states that he cant sale without promoters consent, which he has edited to he can sale without promoters knowledge. In this situation what should I do, as i have already paid him 90% of the amount.. of which part in cash and part in cheque. pls advise.

you can issue legal notice and file a suit for specific performance of contract with compensation.
