Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
we are planning to buy a lig expendable flats in dwarka(delhi) which was alloted to punjabi migrants by dda on hire purchase bases. allotee has paid all the dues to dda right now it is no dues flat but they have not done it freehold.
pl. tell can we buy this flat.

in case the land is not free hold, the allottee cann transfer the rights in your favour by way of sale deed but he can only execute a GPA, will etc. better go for a free hold flat whose conveyance deed is executed by DDA in favour of seller.
