Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I prchsed a laptop for rupees 40,000. my laptop heats up within 5 minutes after start and shut down.
but service centre saying that parts is not available due to that we cant rectify your complaint.
he is saying again and again that parts is not available.
My complaint is pending from 35 days. I am facing lot of inconvience in my business activity due to faulty laptop.
Kindly tell me what is the time limit for rectify complaint under warranty by law ? & plz tell me what can I do at this stage.
service station and company seniors is also threatning me that u can do what ever u want
