Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have one prepaid reliance cell. Any time they gave many sms and phonecall advertisement to distrub me. For 3 months I have recharge with Rs. 100/-. Last time I have closing balance Rs.40.
One day theyhave one sms to reduce my balance to Rs.10. I ask this to the customer care. But they said that I have activate one subscriber so they take Rs.30 for 30 days. But I can't activate anything. What can I do for this?
