My Prev Employer didn pay 10 months salary and they issued a cheque for one month salary got bounced? What legal Steps i can go for?

Your prev. employer didnot pay you 10 months salary? then what was the consideration you were working with? You have every right to ask for your legitimate claim. More importantly
cheque bounce is also a good ground to sue your employer, since it was menat for
discharging his/her legal liability. To protect your interest you may ask for my service
by suppling all relevant documents. have a nice day
