Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have a problem with the builder. I want to proceed against him in Consumer Court. Kindly advice me the way to proceed further. I am resident of Mumbai. Can any one help me.

Simply read all the agreement terms and condition and then appoint any local lawyer for consumer forum.

It is better to issue a lawyer notice detailing the facts and the remedy you seek.
Then you can file the consumer case through a lawyer or by yourself.
