Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

There is no format of complaint before the consumer dispute redressal forum. The name and address of person making the complaint - Comlainant and against whom the defficiency of service is claimed - Opposite parties should be clear. On observing that you are a consumer, the commission shall issue the notice to the opposite parties(OP). OP then shall file their reply. Consumer then shall file the affidavit of evidence supported by the documents, if any. similarly the OP shall do the same. Then the commission shall hear the argument and then announce the order.
