Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Regarding property situated at dahisar.

Sir, I would like to asked you one question and your suggestion sir our parents purchase plot at dahisar (West), situated at Kanderpada, new link road, total numbers of members are 18, we gave that plot for developed to M/s Creative Estate Pvt Ltd, Lowerparel, Mr. Vijay Agarwal, in 1987 our Development agreement was made with M/s creative sign by both the parties, in the year 1995 he finished our owner's building and gave the pussasation to owners with 20 Rs stamp papers in that stamp paper he mentioned that the individual agreement will follwes very shortly . in the year 2006 december the developer Mr. Subhash seth who is appointed by Mr.vijay agarwal to developed that plot who made the society calls Classic view Annexe CHS Ltd, out of 18 land owner 10 members are sold their flat, and now only 8 original members are there he made the society with the help of second buyers.developer is not paid our stamp duty and registration charges which is mentioned in our development agreement, he has not done eight members individual agreements, sir what to do ..? now we are paying the society charges with a member of the society. what action to be taken on developer / or Co-op Society..?

Good evening.

You can sue the developer but first file a complaint against him in the District Consumer Forum.

You can approach Consumer court and can also claim damages etc.by filing suit in civil court.
