Not providing drinking water by land-lord/house owner
Sir,
My houser owner is not providing drinking water to me on one or the other pretext. Whereas he himself using it lavishly.There is no agreement between me and the house owner and rooms were rented to me only on verbal discussion.Is there any police /judicial remedy for me or is there any agency for immidiate relief?

no there is no remedy if there is no contract between you and the landlord but you can sort this problem out by knowing what is the problem behind this

Just go and file a suit for easement rights before a Court.

You may file a case with rent controller and inalternate you can file a suit for mandatory Injunction.Consult a lawyer.
