Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
We are purchase home @ 34 lacs & advance give to builder Rs. 5 lacs cheque & 2 lacs cash But the builder sale that all building to another builder & not give me my cash return. he is promissed me that i was give them Rs. 7 lacs & give you that builder receipt but our builder is chitting with us what am i do?

If u have any proof written with the builder or receipt then you can claim house else payment.
