Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I have purchase MTS data card exactly one month back with out knowing that their services are going to shutdown in ap...the seller also did not give any information about this..how can I get back my money is there any help

Contact Bombay Telephone Users' Association through their web site they might be able to help, quicker then a Consumer Court.
