Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Purchased a car from dealer and before RC could be transferred into my name, found that the car was not OK.
Dealer said that he will give the money and for selling to some other person he needs the car in showroom.
Dealer hid the car somewhere and now not giving back my money also.
As proofs I have got
1. online transaction into his account that I have given him money
2. Proof of buying the car - dealer sale receipt
3. Proof of telling the dealer to sell the car - dealer receipt his stamp and signature
On what basis can I get my money back.
