Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have purchased flat in Pune. Initial amount of Rs.1,11,000/- has been paid to the builder and agreement is registered. Now the builder is not giving the possession of the said flat. Need help.

You can file consumer complaint before the District consumer forum.
