Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I want to ask that I have purchased a mobile phone from US website and got it delivered through USPS and I have also paid all the customs and taxes to the courier service.
Now my mobile is detecting some functioning problem. So, how do i get it replaced because the receipt which I have is of US merchant and I do not have an Indian merchant receipt. The mobile is in warranty period. what should I do now??
