Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i have a question...
i book 6 tickets from a travel services from ludhiana to katra sleeper bus and also confirmed clearly about no change in bus during travelling.
but when bus reached jammu, they asked us to leave this bus and take another bus they arrange and we are really distrubed and harassed by this action in early morning where we have childs and ladies along with us.
we all got tired and have to take horse/pithu services to continue our journey for vaishno devi yatra.
can we make a petition in local consumer court against such travel service on the ground that they make fake promises for non stop journey to katra, as they did not ???
