Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Refusal for the refund of fees by a college which is related with Yashwantrao Chavhan MOU after the cancellation of the admission within a month,is it an Economic Offence?
Will you suggest me to lodge a Police complaint under Economic Offence?

It is not an economic offense. It is a Civil Matter only.

pl check the rules of the college if during admission you have signed any papers having such declaration or rules it may go against you. Otherwise you may take civil action for recovery.
