Regular Customer purchased goods from our shop worth 55000 Rupees and paid post dated cheque and it was bounced after asking several times the customer is not responding

Dont wait just send him a legal notice and if still not complied .. file case under Section 138 NI Act.

A bounce cheque meant for discharge of legal liability attracts 138 N.I. ACT. Appoint one
Advocate he will do rest for the needful
you have two remedies. one as stated above to file criminal complaint u/s 138 negotiable act which further contemplate sending a notice within 30 days of the dishonour of cheque.
Your second additional remedy is to file civil suit for recovery under order 37 as a summary suit on the basis of sale bills. this suit may be filed with in 3 years of date of the cheque
